ENGLISH TEACHER

We are seeking English teachers to guide and motivate our students to keep learning in a fun and participative environment that develops their linguistic abilities to communicate socially, academically, and professionally.

Qualifications:

Commitment to education and human development.
Proactivity and commitment to customer service, initiative, and creativity.
Schedule flexibility (available for working on Saturdays)
Good disposition for working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to use software packages: word processors, e-sheets, databases, presentations; email, and the internet.
Ability to use online teaching platforms.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communicative skills and interpersonal relations.
Responsibility and punctuality.
Native or proficient speaker of English.
Minimum college degree, BA in English (preferable).
Proven experience in teaching EFL/ESL is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Create and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the needs of a diverse group of learners.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and curiosity.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a comprehensive and cohesive curriculum.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
